Terms of Use

Mojogogo is an MVP service for creating AI Personas and generated media. Users are responsible for prompts, uploaded references, published content, and rights needed for anything they create or publish.

Credits and Points

Credits are used for generation costs. Points are contribution rewards and do not represent a guaranteed cash value, investment return, or withdrawal right in the MVP.

Credits may be granted for free, purchased through supported hosted payment providers, or adjusted by admins for support operations. Purchased Credits are a prepaid Mojogogo product balance for Persona, image, and video generation. Credits are not Points, are not the Mojogogo Token, are not cash, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed for financial value.

Refund, dispute, fraud, or support corrections are handled manually during the MVP and may be reflected through admin balance adjustments. Mojogogo does not provide automated refund-ledger reversal, invoices, tax receipts, or subscriptions unless those features are separately announced.

Content Rules

Do not create, upload, or publish illegal, infringing, abusive, or unsafe content. Reported content may remain visible until admin review, and admins may hide content or restrict accounts.

MVP Availability

The product is provided as an early MVP and may change, pause, or remove features while the platform is being developed.
